We are assisting our client in fulfilling their employee need for Mandarin Operation Trading Admin for a permanent position with the below details.

About the Company:

Our client was restructured from several supply chain services and went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011. The company’s main business is supply chain management and logistics services, logistics platform development and operation.

Resources: Commodity procurement and supply business mainly feature plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural products, forest products and mechanical and electrical products, such as five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, etc.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above, related majors are preferred;

- 2+ years of work experience in Trade documents and experience in nickel mine operation is preferred;

- Fluent communication in Chinese and English is preferred;

- Ability to work seriously and meticulously, practical and willing to work, a strong sense of responsibility, and a certain resistance to pressure;

- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;

- Proficient in the operation of office software such as EXCEL and WORD.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the relevant document of business departments, accomplish the whole chain tracking of business, including business initiation approval, process execution tracking, feedback, and settlement work, etc.;

- Responsible for the production, circulation, recycling, sorting, and filing of business contracts and documents;

- Responsible for the input and circulation of data in each process of the trading system and the production of various related reports;

- Responsible for communication, early warning, and connection with internal and external personnel in the department.

Best Preferences

- Have an Accounting / Finance certification

- Mandarin is a must (able to speak and write in Mandarin fluently), and English is a plus point

- Bachelor's degree from China

- Currently unemployed: OK to apply
