Proven experience as a translator or in a similar role.

Excellent knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary in Mandarin.

Good research skills to ensure accurate translations of technical terms.

Translate written documents, including articles, reports, contracts, and other business-related materials, from Mandarin to Indonesia and vice versa.

Interpret verbal communication during meetings, conferences, and other events.

Be responsible for project management and technical scoping for the funding applications

Work with our Account Managers and lead a team of operational assistants to manage the overall funding application process

Manage delivery lifecycle of the business process

2-3 years’ work experience preferred;

Good knowledge of government funding schemes and strong sense of business acumen will be an advantage

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

Experience with sourcing techniquesExecellent at MS Office especially Excell.

Responsible for Recruitment, General Affair, Operational Business, Employee and Industrial Relation and other employee related task.

- Have an Accounting / Finance certification

- 2+ years of work experience in Trade documents and experience in nickel mine operation is preferred;

- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;

- Bachelor's degree or above, related majors are preferred;

- Fluent communication in Chinese and English is preferred;

- Proficient in the operation of office software such as EXCEL and WORD.

Handle employee benefit, incentive, government statutory, etc

Manage and maintain employee database on HRIS

At least 3 years of working experience as HR Generalist
