Job Description

Gibbs Supply Chain is a global trading company controlled by Chinese investment, which belongs to Jiangsu Science and Technology Group. Job Summary:

Maintaining and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating regarding employee relations, human resources policies, programs, and practices

Responsibilities :

  • Providing advice regarding salary and compensation in line with company requirements as well as the Company's philosophy and guidelines.
  • Improving Recruitment processes, procedures, systems and best practices of Human Resources
  • Monitoring the hiring process and ensuring the fulfilment of company needs;
  • Evaluating and recommending improvement of existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures to management
  • Processing payroll, government mandatory benefits and Labor Law
  • Ensuring a professionally and conducive environment
  • Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Ensuring all compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures comply with government labour laws .


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Providing the certificate of Certified Professional in Human Resources Management(CPHRM)
  • 3 years' experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Fluent in English is a must and fluent in Chinese Language is a plus
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
