Responsibilities

• Able to provide training to subordinates
• Understand product display
• Understand the concept of theme park industry
• Able to make SOP, working instruction and their implementation
• Responsible for retail shop operations
• Managing stock and procurement of goods
• Managing and monitor shop operations

Qualifications

• Understand the stock inventory
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
• Preferably retail and hospitality background
• Strong knowledge on POS (Point of Sales) system, especially in retail
