Job Description
Nol Karbon Indonesia is a company that focuses on carbon management through the implementation of carbon credits, carbon offsets, and GHG accounting.


We are seeking a legal staff to join our Nol Karbon team.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in various projects
  • Draft and review legal documents, including NDA, MoU, contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal research to ensure the accuracy of legal advice and documents
  • Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and briefs for the necessary legal matters for the company
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation and case law


Requirements


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role
  • Willing to work in Central Jakarta area
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
