Position: Learning Team Lead
Responsibilities
#Technology & Curriculum Design:

• Manage end-to-end learning modules until go-live (when needed, provide training and mentorship, and/or facilitate master of programs).
• Design and evaluation of learning experiences that effectively integrate pedagogy and technology.
• Conduct market research about the tech-ed program.
• Revisit current learning modules and do an iteration of improvement.
• Set and manage curriculum quality standards based on international standards and references.
• Designing new learning modules, including analyzing new trends and tools in the tech-ed industry and creating a lesson plan (or curriculum).
• Conduct programs related to learning technologies and design both within our program and through collaborations with colleagues within the company, across the company, and with entities outside the company.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning frameworks in meeting the needs of businesses and learners.

#Educational Partnership:

• Working closely with external parties/partners as representatives for any program.
• Engage with schools, universities, business-industry, and non-profit organizations to broaden our impact and understanding of learning, technology, and design issues.

#Educator Community:

• Manage engagement with the educator's community.
• Work closely with operations for educator quality management, and be accountable for escalating quality issues.

#Team Work:

• Implement an agile way of working within the company and personally.
• Work together with other teams to achieve Studio Kode's OKR.
• Ability to trust other people's talents and to delegate authority, show the willingness to work comfortably with others, not just alone.
• Manage the team to get the work done.

Qualifications

• Able to adapt to Agile working culture.
• 2 years+ Experience in Technology Tools for Kids.
• 2 years+ Experience in Pedagogy and Curriculum Design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven working learning module.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Education background.
