Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit Influencers/talents who have the potential to grow in social media platform
• Maintain, Manage & schedule all Influencer/Talents coordinating across internal teams
• Provide Training and preparing all material need for Influencers/Talents
• Support succession planning and talent strategy in the effort to identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
• Provide guidance, insights, and development to the influencers/talent, as well as keep influencers/talents updated with industry trends and know-how e.g. trending topics, new features, rules & regulations, etc.
• Monitor influencers’ content performance e.g. content quality, publishing frequency to ensure the contract terms and conditions are maintained & fulfilled
• Stay on top of the latest industry innovations and trends

Requirements:

• Having good and extensive networking with KOL/Influencers/Buzzer/Communities.
• Having at least 1 or 2 years experience as a KOL Specialist or management, well understand about managing KOL/Talent/Artist/Community
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good at catching trends and creating topics in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter).
• Positive, energetic, and self-starter attitude. Passionate about influencer/creator businesses with knowledge of the latest industry trends and insights
• English can be used as the working language.
