Requirement:

- Bachelor degree from any major.

- Have 1-2 year of experience as KOL Management or any relevant role

- Responsive, quick thinker and doer and have patience in dealing with other parties

- Good communication, persuasive and have strong negotiation skills.

- Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing.

- Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers/communities.

- Able to identify target audience preferences and build content.

- Able to measure social media engagement

- Having a good and deep understanding in copy writing and brand story telling

- Have a broad knowledge about TikTok and Instagram influencers.

- Understand community standards and market trends.

- Able to work in a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Reaching and building a KOL network for different categories on social media.

- Manage and maintain long last relationships with existing KOL/influencers, media & third party agencies.

- Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.

- Selecting, dealing, arranging meeting and reminding on each account to execute the campaign.

- Analyze & monitor KOL performance.

- Ensure the contract terms and conditions related.

- Able to identify our target audience and choose the right segmented influencers

- Making a brief and create a story telling for our KOL

- Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.

- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.

- Provide accurate timing estimates on work.

- Proactively following what is trending in social media and entertainment industry

- Make campaign, KOL/influencers, and marketing report.
