The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of channels and implement different strategies. This is a perfect role for someone who’s dreaming of becoming a CMO one day or running their own digital marketing company. You’ll be part of a small team which means you’ll be very involved in both decision-making and execution - no fake “meta work” around here.

What will you do?

Even Though This Sounds Like a Long List, You’ll Be Touching Only On 1-2 Of These On a Daily Basis

• Paid ads
• Website edits (we use WordPress + Elementor)
• Social media marketing
• Event planning and promotion
• Other ad-hoc tasks to support the Growth team
• Email marketing & email automation
• Content strategy & content syndication (there is someone else in the team who writes the content)
• Basic graphic design (social media, blog banners, infographics)

You Are Ideal For This Opportunity If

• You have a "Hands-on" and "Can-do" mindset.
• You are proficient in English and have excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• You are tech-savvy.
• You are a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
• You are a proficient user of Canva.
• Huge Bonus but not compulsory: You come from a Digital Marketing, Training & Consultancy, Startups or Co-working background.
• You have the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions (business development, digital marketing, event management, customer success roles).
