Instructor (Culinary Background) Jobs

Basic Function:

·Responsible to Conduct and guide customers step by step on cooking/baking courses.

·Deliver quality lessons with patience and professionalism.

·Maintain member enthusiasm during the class.

·Provide customer service to member at all time.

·To be proactive in communication with customer in positive and encouraging way.

·Have a deep knowledge of products to provide relevant information to customers and influence them with their purchases in positivity.

·Provide cooking/baking knowledge and motivate customers during the lesson.

·Clean the equipment & kitchen tools after the lesson.

·Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins.

·Attend monthly training which has been assigned is compulsory.

·Feedback to duty managers whenever receiving the comments.

·Conduct the regular lesson with minimum 304 lessons / month and 75% Fill Rate.

·Attend to all customers proactively and accountable for the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and tools.

Requirements :

·Culinary (Pastry/Bakery/Kitchen) experience is a must.

·1 year experience in culinary industry (Fresh Graduate are welcome).

·Passionate to teaching.

·A good team player.

·Able to multitask and work independently.

·Willing to work with shift schedule.

·Good in time management, customer service.

·Good communication skills.

·Fluent in English will be added value.
