Impact & Data Strategist - Yabb - #8416

About The Role
You will work directly with the Head of Operations & Impact. The Impact & Data Strategist is responsible for assisting to develop and maintain a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Framework to support programs in line with YABB mission and goals.
What Will You Do

• Consult, design and implement impact frameworks such as the Theory Of Change framework with impact indicators for all Programs
• Analyze and derive actionable insights from the impact data and assist the programs team in program iteration based on those insights
• Design and development of Impact Measurement Platform and Processes for holistic data collection and management, creating data visualizations in the form of Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) dashboards to be used by the programs team, maintaining the integrity of data within each program database
• Assist to develop a strategy for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) both at Enterprise and Program level.
• Develop a data collection & management plan with processes to ensure seamless and quality, accurate collection and analysis, to deliver concrete data driven measurement to improve the programs and achieve the long term overall metrics of the foundation
• Monitor data privacy procedures and resolve issues
• Support the YABB Team on knowledge of MEAL concepts and skills and provide mentoring and learning sessions in these topics
• Impact Reporting to stakeholders and the wider community

What You Will Need

• Demonstrable track record of stakeholder engagement and management
• 4+ years of experience in monitoring & evaluation, impact measurement and preferably in non-profit organisations
• Demonstrated track record in program development and monitoring & evaluation with clear experience of developing and implementing strategic business plans
• Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent written & verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills (essential)
• Able to develop and maintain monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) frameworks, solid understanding of impact frameworks such as the Theory of Change as well as existing impact indicator databases such as the UN SDGs Indicators and the GIIN IRIS+ metrics
• Strong research skills
• Strong project management skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent data management skills, able to synthesize large amounts of data, good understanding of Google Data Studios is a plus
