Job Description

About the Role


As an Intern, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers. You’ll responsible for:


  • Responsible for daily and monthly attendance report, annual leave, sick and maternity leave.
  • Check the new hire data update to know if there is any changes in new hires for next week
  • Compile reimbursement report
  • Administration record and filling, include: employee information and additional information.
  • Manage the documents, include: contract, SOP, leave form, memo, and employee reimbursement
  • Check and compile new hire personal info (including bank account number, status, and any details) on HRIS and master data to ensure valid information on the system
  • Oversee the administration of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness including maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Providing support for Human Capital Division daily operational.


Requirements:


  • Get-things-done attitude, proactive, and takes initiative in seeing tasks to completion
  • Sound organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Having experience maintaining HR Operations & HRIS System, is a PLUS
  • Ability to multitask and result oriented.
  • Familiar with Ms. Office, Google working space
  • Have good communications skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication, or Management
