Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Experience working in Indonesia in the same field.
  • Candidates with hotel MICE sales/operations experience are welcome to apply too
  • Proficiency in English both speaking and writing
  • Diploma in hospitality or Equivalent
  • Must have relationships with hotels & suppliers both Domestic and outbound.
  • Relevant experience in Groups & MICE bookings


s:

  • Able to get bookings from B2B agents
  • Ensure 30% conversion to bookings
  • Responsible for managing Holiday (Inbound/ Outbound)
  • Manage relationships with all partners & suppliers
  • Responsible for meeting revenue production targets for the Region.
  • Recruit new B2B agents to sell Via holiday packages
  • To negotiate with vendors & materialize group queries.
  • Create Market relevant package tours
