We are looking for a dynamic hotel operations leader ready to take a successful resort to the next level. The Head of Rooms | Rooms Division Manager is a hands-on, passionate individual who will lead the Rooms Division and support teams in developing the Soulshine Bali guest experience. Responsibilities

1. You will work to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction by consistently executing the brand standards, providing operational leadership, and interacting directly with guests and team members.
2. You provide solutions, direct corrective actions, and drive improvement initiatives.
3. You are also responsible for knowledge management and operational risks management through compliance management, corporate governance, and crisis management.
4. You will oversee talent capability development and performance management for the rooms division.
5. You are responsible for the rooms division's financial plans and budgets.

Experience Requirements:

3+ years in a senior leadership role, in the rooms division.

Qualifications:

• You have the ability to lead a large team and influence others to achieve common goals.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Analytical and articulate, you can make difficult decisions while effectively communicating with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Well-versed in MSOffice, and preferably has experience with property management and revenue management systems.
• You can communicate with guests and employees at all levels.
• You can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
