Head Of Information Technology (Engineering Manager)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of the whole set of P2P business system and related functions, to ensure the high quality, high performance and high reliability of the system;
2. Responsible for team management and coordination, can lead the team to efficiently complete project development, testing, launch and other work;
3. Urgently cooperate with business departments to understand business requirements and formulate corresponding technical solutions, and provide professional technical guidance and support to team members;
4. Lead the team in planning and designing system architecture, participate in requirement analysis, architecture design, technical decision making and detailed design, write core code and continuously optimize the system;
5. Optimize and refactor the existing system, locate and solve the key issues and technical problems in the system;
6. Overcome various challenges and technical difficulties brought by large data volume, high concurrency, high availability and so on;

Qualifications:

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in computer-related majors, work experience of more than 8 years in JAVA development and team management experience of more than 3 years;
2. Experience in the architecture of complex distributed systems, familiar with micro-service architecture, and understanding of big data-related technologies;
3. Solid JAVA foundation and deep understanding of JVM, IO, multi-threading, concurrency, network, etc;
4. Familiar with the principles of commonly used middleware, including but not limited to: MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Dubbo, Spring, Spring Boot, SpringCloud and so on;
5. Strong learning ability, strong problem analysis and processing ability, and teamwork spirit;
6. Have some team management experience, can lead the team to produce high performance;
7. Interested in new technologies, such as AI, big data modeling, etc;
8. Development experience in financial industry is preferred
