The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Working closely with Product and Business teams to build winning solutions
• Driving decision-making on enterprise architecture and component-level software design all the way to the timely build and delivery of our software platforms.
• Leading talent management, including hiring, developing, and retaining a world-class team
• DevOps practice development including asset creation, enterprise strategy definition, and training teams
• Driving innovation within the engineering team, translating product roadmaps into clear development priorities, architectures, and timely release plans to drive business growth.
• Working on application security aspects
• Creating a culture of innovation that enables the continued growth of individuals and the company
• Developing and building microservices leveraging cloud services

Ideal Profile

• You have extensive experience with DevOps environment, CI/CD practices and can train teams.
• You're a hands-on leader, visionary, and problem solver with a passion for excellence.
• You possess a Degree in Engineering or related field and have at least 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a significant experience leading teams.
• You can work in fast-paced environments and can communicate asynchronously with geographically distributed
• You have Full Stack development experience along with solid exposure to building microservices.
• You have experience building & launching high-performance SaaS products.
