Fulfillment Center Manager - Jakarta

Responsibility:

• Ensuring the productivity level of the operation process is on target and accuracy in the inventory process is in line with the target
• Reducing the level of waste generated from operational processes in one region
• Ensuring the level of fulfillment of consumer demands is on target and customer complaints decrease
• Ensuring the return rate due to damage in the delivery process according to the target and the use of operational costs according to the predetermined target
• Ensuring the timeliness in delivery to consumers

Requirements:

• Willing to work in Jakarta area
• Has a total 3 years of working experience in same position
• Have a technical skill such as MS. Office, supply strategy, business strategy, & logistic strategic
• Minimum Bachelor degree (in Civil Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, and Management is an advantage)
• Strong leadership, communication & presentation skills, project management, analytical thinking & strategic thinking
• Willing to work in flexible hours
