1. Education & Professional Qualification

Minimum 5 years exposure in small animal practice, communications, training/education, or marketing related to scientific, technical, or medical content

In-depth knowledge of veterinary science and nutrition, evidence of external veterinary and scientific networks desirable

Excellent in Power-point and presentation skills (oral and written)

Excellent in PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)

Develop the local scientific communication strategy with Pillar Head, Marketing and Sales team

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Enrich Sales Force Teams with necessary product knowledge and skills

Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Management / Marketing / Business major

Arrange, manage, control and evaluate the ongoing services and classes

Minimum 2 year experience in sales area

Advanced experience with Ms Excel for data analysis, as well as Outlook, Ms Word, & internet literate

Propose solutions and support management thanks to a listening ear in the field and a good knowledge of the social environment;

Field experience and excellent interpersonal skills;

Pragmatism, composure and ability to step back (crisis management);

The main missions of the Communication Manager will be to:

Technical skills and know-how required:

Strong leadership, communication & presentation skills, project management, analytical thinking & strategic thinking

Minimum Bachelor degree (in Civil Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, and Management is an advantage)

Has a total 3 years of working experience in same position

Have a technical skill such as MS. Office, supply strategy, business strategy, & logistic strategic

Ensuring the level of fulfillment of consumer demands is on target and customer complaints decrease

Ensuring the timeliness in delivery to consumers
