Job Description

‎



  • Understand the end to end process and SOP of the product to identify unusual behavior of the process and transaction
  • Provide input/insights on fraudulent method/behavior to be used to develop preventive and curative actions
  • Compile and present report to the team on the fraud findings
  • Handling customer complaints regarding fraud related activities and be the first line of defense, including handling phone calls as well as walk-in customer
  • Be the ears on the ground on the new and upcoming fraud trend
  • Support for Mystery shopping and field investigations in order to be updated with new fraud scheme and how to prevent it
  • Conduct Fraud Awareness Training for related division on preventing Fraud based on Fraud Trend
  • Daily monitoring of Fraud parameter, trigger and social media checking and conduct end to end investigations
  • Build a network of fraud knowledge and know-how, including contact with the fraudsters themselves.
  • Review for the investigation result and conduct Investigation for escalation suspect fraud cases from other department according SLA has been set

Requirements


  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, maintain flexibility in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any fields
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in anti-fraud, fraud investigation or similar role
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Strong problem solving skills to manage customer complaints
  • Experience in field investigation
  • Proficient English both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical thinking and detail oriented
