Requirements:

·Fluent in written and verbal English communication

·Proven food and beverage management experience

·Ability to forecast food and beverage needs

·Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel, etc.)

·Outstanding leadership skills

·Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

·Well-groomed and professional appearance

·Quick thinking and problem-solving skills

·Proficient in stock takes and infantry control

·Proficient in reading financial statements

·Familiar with POS systems

·Willing to be located in Bali

Responsibility:

·Manage F&B operations within budget and to the highest standards

·Lead the F&B team by recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel

·Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

·Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements

·Work and develop relationships with external suppliers and ensure the operational F&B team can deliver the highest quality product

·Maintain the high quantity orders

·Establish targets, schedules, policies, and procedures

·Drive revenue to hit targets

·Work with the marketing team to appropriately market products
