TRAIN Edu seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a General Affairs and Finance specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing general administrative tasks, managing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Your expertise in finance, tax, and general affairs will contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain insurance policies for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including income tax, sales tax, payroll tax, and other applicable taxes. Prepare and submit tax returns, maintain tax records, and liaise with tax authorities or external tax consultants as needed.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary resources for daily operations, oversee general administrative tasks such as office maintenance, procurement, and facility management.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and cash flow management. Monitor financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and financial projections. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Have Brevet A/B certificate will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of BPJS, as well as income tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with applications like MS Excel, MS. Word, Ms. Power Point.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in insurance administration and/or income tax compliance is preferred.
