Finance And Tax Manager

Abstract: Person will be responsible for accounting, tax and procurement activities for BWI.Currently there is one admin staff for procurementand one accounting staff as direct report to this manager.

It is expected that this Manager maintains good relationships all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations for BWI

Tasks Description:

Procurement:

·Timely issuance and accuracy of Purchase Order

·Provide report on procurement tracking including payment schedule and production schedule to ensure timely completion of the project

·Maintain supplier database

·Negotiate terms with supplier to maximize company’s cash flow

·Provide input and reminder to finance to make payment on due invoices to ensure good track record for the company

·Monitor and do stock check upon arrival to accurately input stock for BWI system as well as stock out to align with accounting principles

Accounting:

·Create and maintain accounting journals for BWI

·Become the focal point from BWI to liaise with third party consultant to create BWI books such as income statement and balance sheet

·Review and register all invoices following current process

·Update AR and unbilled to ensure smooth cash flow for company

·Execute monthly closing for financial transaction which include VAT review, PPH review

·Execute punctual and accurate monthly tax report

·Provide monthly management report which includes – sales, AR, commission report, tax report and stock profile

·Conduct and lead half yearly stock check

·Continuously improve cost and process to improve company’s cost profile

Manager

·Define job description for the staff

·Review performance for the staff reporting to the manager

·Provide mentoring to elevate the skills of the whole department

Profile Requirements:

·At minimum S1

·Proficient in Word, Excel and PPT
