CompAsia Indonesia is looking for a motivated and experienced Field Coordinator / Sales Performance to engage with strategic channel partners to drive achivement, boost transaction and focus on revenue growth. The right candidate for this position should possess a sales performance-focused mindset with a proven ability to aggressively develop an opportunity pipeline.
In this position you will...
Develops and grows sales within the designated area to achieve revenue goals and customer based aligned with company strategic initiative, includes implementing program campaign execution for performance improvement.
You will be responsible for...
·      Responsible for achieving sales targets that have been set by company within the defined area and designated store / partner
·      Manage and monitor store performance within the area
·      Make regular sales reports and insight output within the designated area to Manager
·      Conducting training and re-training to outlets within the coverage area
·      Willing to do supervision and training for several outlets in the specified area by company
·      Activation of new outlets and activation of company-defined partners
·      Manage Site training and coaching on day to frontliner activities
·      Manage regular sales reporting within the district / area
·      Coordination with several outlets and partner frontliner within the designated area
You will require the following qualifications and skills..
·      Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales retail / direct selling
·      Experience in Sales executive, or Mobile phone retail sales
·      Good communication in English and Bahasa
·      Willing to travel or domiciled in the area designated by the company
·      Ability to conduct training and product introduction skills
·      Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
