Engineering Manager (Ml & Ai)

Your responsibilities include :

• Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
• Drive innovation, establish new approaches in improving productivity
• Providing strategic and operational oversight for Enterprise Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence product development
• Leading research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes
• Managing process improvements
• Work closely with business leaders to develop short and long-term strategies
• Developing the overall concepts of new products and/or solving problems that may prevent the completion
• Establish a metrics based organization, develop key operational metrics and push for continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage business expectations, resolve conflicts, and keep businesses aligned

Critical to your Sucess :

• Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Engineering Manager or similar role at fast-growing startup or tech company
• Experience managing engineering teams including hiring/termination and performance management
• Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel
• Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems
• Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role
• Minimum 3 yearsin software Development/Engineering
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skill
