Job Type: 3 months internship

Grouu is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Ecommerce Specialist Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of ecommerce and contribute to our growing online business.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing and optimizing our ecommerce platform to ensure best experience customers in order to purchase Grouu products
2. Assist in marketing and promotion execution on ecommerce platforms
3. Support the creation of product listings, descriptions, and imagery to enhance the overall appeal of our products.
4. Assist in creating pricing strategy in order to be able create an interesting promotion scheme.
5. Help monitor website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our ecommerce operations.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall ecommerce experience and contribute to company-wide projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcomed).
2. Passion for ecommerce and online retail trends.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive decisions.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and content management systems is a plus (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, etc).
6. Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) is desirable.
7. Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
8. Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
