Ecommerce Admin Intern Jobs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Administration Intern in 6-months duration. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of ecommerce and online retail. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Marketing team and gain practical knowledge of various administrative tasks associated with managing an online store, including operating and handling marketplaces.
Responsibilities

• Assist with order processing on marketplaces, including order fulfillment, shipping, and tracking.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product descriptions, images, and other content on marketplaces to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on marketplaces in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform and online marketplaces, ensuring smooth functioning of the stores.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure product availability across marketplaces.
• Analyze sales and customer data from marketplaces to identify trends and provide insights for improving the ecommerce experience.
• Manage product listings on various marketplaces, including creating new listings, optimizing existing ones, and ensuring accurate product information.
• Stay updated on marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices for effective marketplace operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to navigate marketplace interfaces, manage seller accounts, and troubleshoot common issues.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of our ecommerce operations.
• Understanding of marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices for product listing optimization, inventory management, and order processing.
• Knowledge of marketplace analytics and reporting tools to track sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience or familiarity with operating and handling online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop, etc) is highly preferred.
