Job Description
:


  • Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
  • Plan and implement SEO strategies to drive website traffic and increase search engine rankings
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Research advertising trends and competitors pricing and products
  • Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed
  • Manage and grow our email marketing database and develop targeted email campaigns to drive leads
  • Monitor project status
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate B2B leads
  • Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns
  • Plan and manage PPC advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and leads
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations


Requirements:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Willing to work hybrid in our office in Sequis Tower, SCBD, Jakarta Selatan and ready to join as soon as possible!
  • Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, social media, and PPC advertising
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Trend, etc.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
