Customer Success Manager(Digital Marketing)

We’re looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic Customer Success Manager with experience within the digital marketing field, sales, and account management.

If you’re brave, capable, self-starting, motivated, and hungry to achieve, this may be the role for you;

• Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and support to foster long-term relationships
• Provide and present written recommendations for SEO & SEM performance improvements to the clients
• Research and analyse changes in the industry and developments in the Search Engine Marketing space to provide recommendations and strategies for SEO & PPC campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client success strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction is met and success is achieved
• Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries are responded to and their issues or concerns are addressed

The Successful Applicant

• Strong organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
• Well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
• At a minimum of 4+ years experience in a digital marketing agency
• Strong aptitude in technology/data analysis
• Highly motivated, goal driven with a willingness to learn
• Most of all, have a genuine passion for digital marketing
• Ability to think creatively and work independently
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Customer service orientation and ability to form lasting customer relationships
• Confident in up-selling and retaining clients
