What are your accountabilities?

As our Customer Success Manager, your mission is to create a seamless customer experience by leading two distinct sales teams to meet strategic goals. You'll be involved in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, training, coaching, and resource allocation. Plus, you'll manage customer relationships and ensure high service levels. Your keen eye will monitor team performance against set targets using key metrics, and your diplomatic skills will resolve any conflicts that arise, keeping our teams running smoothly and harmoniously.

What do we need to see from you?

• Strong organizational and resource allocation skills to maximize team productivity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data and market research.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for tracking sales performance.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities, with a proven track record of driving sales performance and meeting targets.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or relevant positions.
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
