Job Description

Role:

•Monitor Customer Service staffs’ day-to-day operations, including:

oLead and supervise the customer service team to provide exceptional client support and experience

oHave sufficient knowledge about equity and mutual fund products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly

oEnsure that customer’s complaints and queries handled in timely manner

oInform and suggest company’s priority products and initiatives to customers

oProvide information to customers on their account status and account balances

oSuggest a more effective ways of promoting products and services based on what’s observed during conversations with customers.

oEnsure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes

oIdeate, create and/or review client communication

•Develop and implement client services standard operation procedures (SOP)

•Ensure that the Customer Service operation team is working efficiently

•Identify opportunities and improvements in the client service aspect

•Evaluate the effectiveness of drivers to achieve the targeted business outcomes

•Study market trends and evaluate customer behavior

•Prepare reports and liaise with managements and regional office

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

•Previous experience in customer service in securities firm with minimum of 3-year experience.

•Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

•An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; an authentic leader with good time management, inclusive behaviors, and a strong belief in people development.

•English is a must, Mandarin proficiency is a huge plus
