Job Description

Your Role:

Your role as a Customer Service is ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the customer's journey, from first contact to after-sales service.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Support seamless customer order experience by processing order, track order status updates, delivery tracking, and if necessary organizing with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure delivery processes meet the customer requirement.
  • Provide seamless customer service by processing orders, tracking status updates, tracking shipments, and coordinating with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure that delivery processes meet customer expectation
  • Answer customer inquiries and customer feedback promptly through various channels based on the company's standards in order to help the customer understand our product and service
  • Communicator & team player who informs internal team about customer feedback in order to improve customer satisfactions
