Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Check transaction status on web billers and Telegram.
  • Experience meeting external klien-klien
  • Making list problem reports.
  • Create Reporting (pivot table dan basic formula)
  • Able to apply the Web dashboard.
  • Testing API from Postman.
  • Familiar apps Putty and flow chart
  • Check transaction with SQL
  • Convert Database (SQLYog and Microsoft SQL Server Management) use pivot office Excel
  • Solve customer problems.



Qualifications :

  • Min. 1 Years in Customer Service/IT ServiceDesk/IT Business Analyst
  • Have good knowledge in responding to customers
  • Have patience in serving customers
  • Able to give the right answer in a proper way
  • Able to apply Microsoft office
  • Bachelor's degree in any major
