Job Description

The main responsibility is supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. They responsible to report direct to company president / directors or any other executives in the company.They have to be able to manage the office administration and responsible for all confidentiality and sensitive documentations and information in the company.


Primary responsibilities

  • HR Support
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
  • Maintain office procedures.
  • Plans and manage office driver and operational mobility
  • Coordinates office management activities & travel arrangements.
  • Manage travel and prepare meeting schedule
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Handle information requests, correspondences, confidential documents,
  • Handle & maintain admin & GA works.
  • Maintain & handle legalities of the company and directors


Requirements:

  • The candidates must be able to pay attention to detail, have a common sense, interpersonal skill, time management skill, initiative, reliable, and be able to work independently to take a lead in any case where the secretary is the only one need to make decision as an office administrator.
  • Minimum university diploma/ degree in any major
  • Knowledgeable in administrative office procedures, Microsoft office, database management, e-filling management.
  • Proficient in written, speaking, punctuation in formal Bahasa Indonesia
  • Knowledgeable in legal documents to Indonesian rules and regulations.
  • Proven experience in information and communication management
  • Proven experience in producing correspondence and documents
  • Proficient in written, speaking, punctuation, grammar in English
  • Minimum real experiences as a secretary & Office Administrator for at least5+ years.
