Job Description

s:

  • Acting as a liaison between the company and shareholders, regulators, and other stakeholders
  • Develop corporate governance major goals to support the Boards functional objectives.
  • Manage corporate events, such as RUPS, public expose, press conferences, and also sponsorship activities
  • Handle public information related to the company
  • Manage calendar and prepare Boards and Committee meeting, incl. reviewing all the necessary agendas and documents required as well as the minutes of meetings
  • Manage reporting activities related to the corporate secretary


Requirements:

  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and credibly across multiple audiences, including customers, employees, media, analysts, and more
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as Corporate Secretary
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, Management, or other related fields
  • Placement in Head Office - Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta
  • Contract based
  • Can join ASAP
  • Good executive level influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with key business partners, and external services providers
  • Understand relevant regulations, such as OJK and IDX regulations, UUPT
