• Unless it's absolutely necessary, do not disclose the name of the company (the "brand") to the candidate. This helps maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
• Compile a summary of responses to any Candidate Qualifying Questions (CQQs) that were asked. This should provide insight into the candidate's qualifications and how well they align with the job role.
• Check with your candidate to ensure they haven't directly applied to the same role with our client. If they have, we cannot represent them, as they are already part of the client's applicant database.
