Job Description
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Managing reservation, concierge services and operations
  • Oversees, manages and follows day to day activities during the course of a clinical trial to resolve any issues and answer queries
  • Lead reservation team to perform services requested including reservations for dining and entertainment
  • Oversee reservation administration and provide update to reservation systems and process all requests and manage inventory of all processes and recommend ways to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a high degree of product, platform and business knowledge in each region to be able to discuss requests and offer insight and support
  • Ensure concierge services help guest with reservations and event activities
  • Have highly effective relationships with Hotel partners
  • Oversee reservation administration and provide update to reservation systems and process all requests and manage inventory of all processes and recommend ways to maximize revenue.
  • Creating marketing plans to promote services and increase revenue through special events or promotions
  • Work with the other regional and site leaders to influence operational execution in a matrixed organization
  • Actively participate in center staff meetings to provide the vDice of the guest take on Guest Service initiatives as required
