Entertainment Manager Jobs

Indonesia's largest theme park in Bogor is looking for great leaders to manage and develop their entertainment department:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other departments in the property throughout the development, planning, and execution stages
• Prepare a budget for each event and manage expenses
• Manage and develop show and entertainment programs including schedule, Equipment, and Talent Competencies.
• Create and implement ideas that are unique and appealing
• Oversee the entertainment, wellness, and recreational activities
• Host and act as Master of Ceremonies for special parties and select occasions
• Oversee the musicians, entertainers, workshop instructors, lightning, stage area, and audio-visual recording crews to ensure smooth operation
• Supervise personnel that provide the entertainment and coordinate various types of activities to make sure the program/shows are in line with the property brand story, marketing programs, and guest expectations

Qualifications

• Experience in recreational programs in resorts, cruise ships, or theme parks
• Program director, and/or professional entertainment experience
• Excellent communication in English
