Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a 1,200 square-meter ballroom.

Fairmont Gold Manager

The position is responsible to maintain the luxury ambience and premium service at Fairmont Gold Lounge. While maximizing all revenue possibilities and maintaining the expenses budget.

What You Will Be Doing

• Accommodate guest off-menu requests
• Offer extensive range of F&B menu as alternatives
• Ensure the team is providing luxury service
• Maintaining the luxury ambience of the Fairmont Gold Lounge
• Maximizing revenue possibilities
• Maximizing upselling other opportunities
• Work with culinary team to provide food cycle
• Efficient and accurate beverage inventory
• Maintain the expenses according to the budget

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Food and beverage knowledge or background is an asset
• Good presentation and influencing skills
• Excellent leadership, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
• Self-motivated and energetic
• A minimum of two years, similar role in a 5 star Hotel experience
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• An operational knowledge and proficiency in Front Office Systems-Micros-Opera and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
