Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run Aplikasi Super campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events.

• Collaborate with various departments to schedule and promote events on campus.

• Assist in creating marketing materials concepts, such as flyers, posters, and social media posts, to promote recruitment events.

• Collaborate with various departments and the university to schedule and promote events on campus.

• Serve as a point of conduct for students, answering their questions about our organization and job opportunities.

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment and event planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from top university, preferably in human resources management, communication, or industrial psychology major

• Experience in event planning, communications, media, early career recruitment, or similar roles is a plus.

• Plan and run Aplikasi Super Campus events, school roadshows, talks, and events.

• Manage recruitment initiatives such as social media campaigns, recruitment advertisements, content creation, etc.

• Engage with students and campus connections for graduate hiring and internships

• Work closely with the campus recruiter on hiring for Graduate Programs and Internships.
