Job Summary
Provide support to the sales and distribution teams in relation to activities for which Sales Operations is responsible. Ensure the business areas have accurate data on which to monitor and improve sales performance, meet compliance and governance requirements, execute the liaison between field and internal areas in order to deliver high levels of customer service and ensure effective sales performance.
Job Qualifications
Required:

• Having min 3years experiences in insurance industry as business quality support
• Min bachelor degree

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• To provide relevant info and data pertaining to suspected fraud / misconduct cases
• To prepare quarterly consolidated reporting on Sales Quality KPIs evaluation, sales misconduct cases update
• Implementation Sales Quality Framework
• Create Logbook Tracking for Business Case Process and sent to Head of DII & Finance
• To review and update this Sales Quality Framework
• Business Case / Appeal
• Monitor Clawback proceed to DOSD Process and Legal Process
• Review and circulate approval process for business case to be approved by Agency Management, PPM, and CFO
• Monitor welcome greeting and follow up to GAD / AGAD
