Position Overview:
As a Business Partner at Manulife Indonesia, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing team and strategies to enhance our brand presence, attract new customers, and deepen engagement with existing clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute impactful campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop creative assets, such as graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing recommendations for improvements and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing techniques to ensure Manulife Indonesia remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Recruit and develop the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Any Major
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Business Oriented Mindset
- Willing to pay AAJI (Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia) License Exams about 225K IDR or AASI (Asosiasi Asuransi Syariah Indonesia) License Exams about 128K IDR
