Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.


The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through identification of new leads that will be the next big thing on TikTok.


Responsibilities:

  • Generating and expanding potential clients and an active growth pipeline, as well as promoting the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Being able to analyze market trends and customer data to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Being able to think strategically and develop long-term business plans and strategies, by understanding financial metrics and use financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities is necessary in this role, so effective time management skills are a must.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar (preferably from marketing / business major).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Having a hundred of databases & knowing potential clients' key people is a plus.
