Job Description

The Brand Manager will play a critical role in shaping and establishing our new baby and infant foods and wellness brands. The successful candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker who can drive brand awareness, develop product lines, and establish brand positioning that relevant to our target market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the brand identity, including logo design, packaging, and visual assets, to ensure consistent and compelling brand representation across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the development of compelling marketing collateral, sales materials, and product launch plans to support the brand's growth.
  • Develop and manage product pricing strategies that align with market trends and brand positioning, ensuring competitive yet profitable pricing.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, retailers, and strategic partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to market, from concept development to launch, ensuring products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and recommend adjustments to the brand strategy.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for our baby and infant foods and wellness brands, aligning with our company's overall vision and values.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop effective marketing and communication strategies, including digital and social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and more.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, using insights to drive product innovation and brand positioning.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process and monitor budget allocation for marketing and product development initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards for baby and infant products is a plus.
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to develop and execute innovative brand strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market data and consumer insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, ideally within the consumer goods or baby product industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully launching new products.
  • Passion for health and wellness, as well as a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of parents and caregivers.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the baby and infant foods and wellness market landscape.
