Wellness Counselor Jobs

We are seeking a passionate Wellness Counselor to join our team! This position is open to Indonesian citizens who reside in Jabodetabek and are willing to work from our office located in BSD City, Tangerang Selatan.

Overview

As our Wellness Counselor, you will work closely with the HR Department to provide assessment, intervention, and consultation to address our VFX artists' emotional and behavioral needs. You will be responsible for offering complete counseling services to our artists, covering both their professional and personal/social requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret assessments to evaluate artists' aptitudes, interests, and skills, offering direction for professional development and career planning.
• Encourage artists to express their feelings and discuss what is happening in their lives and help them develop insight into themselves.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to promote self-awareness, resilience, and problem-solving abilities.
• Work with Artist Leads, Supervisors, Talent Producers, and HR to identify and handle the unique requirements and problems of artists.
• Plan and present workshops or seminars on issues related to artists' mental health, social skills, and personal development.
• Offer complete counseling services to artists, covering both their professional and personal/social requirements.
• Plan and oversee well-being programs within the company, from initial ideation through completion.
• Create and implement effective intervention strategies to assist artists with behavioral, emotional, or career challenges.
• Keep accurate and confidential artist records while adhering to professional standards and regulatory regulations.
• Maintain current understanding of current research, best practices, and trends in career counseling, and utilize this knowledge to improve services and encourage artist success.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of personal and professional development, mental health difficulties, and counseling strategies.
• Exceptional organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage many responsibilities and successfully prioritize activities.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a dedicated team.
• Prior experience working as an adult counselor or in a similar counseling function, ideally in an establishment environment.
• Understanding of essential legal and ethical norms for counseling services, as well as artist confidentiality.
• Ability to conduct assessments and use data to inform counseling approaches.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to create relationships, build trust, and effectively communicate with artists, supervisors, and coworkers.
• A master's degree in counseling or a similar subject, along with the necessary certification.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to promote the well-being and progress of artists.
