Main Purpose Of The Role
The primary role of the Senior Brand Manager is to implement and recommend brand strategies and plans to meet growth targets.
Within this role the Senior Brand Manager is also responsible for evaluating the overall effectiveness of the Brand Marketing Plan and monitoring performance.

Main Accountabilities
- Leads the multifunctional team (Brand Development, trade marketing, supply chain, finance) through brand planning process, delivery of plans and monitoring of brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.
- Coaches Assistant Brand Managers in skills and competencies so they can adequately evaluate, develop, and deliver brand and customer plans.
- Lead the monitoring and reviewing of effectiveness of innovation and renovation programme to inform future plans.
- Accountable for deployment of integrated brand communications per communication strategy and campaign idea.
- Responsible for budget to drive sales growth and share growth.
- Develop & lead implementation of activation platforms and ideas based on the brand vision plan working with communication teams and agencies.
- Deliver market- and customer-knowledge driven input into innovation platform projects and brand planning to ensure requirements of group of brands will be met in the future.
- Responsible for launch/ re-launch management; building plans and channel strategies, Customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues.
- Keen eye for aesthetics and details, elevating brand value perception with across touchpoints.
- Strong drive and passion for growth, independently lead growth agenda for the brands, engaging relevant stakeholders to push through growth agenda.
- Strong strategic narrative and influencing skills, verbally and in writing to senior stakeholders within Indonesia and to Business group.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Operationally savvy, able to work closely with extended partners to secure day-to-day business operation, business forecast, savings, and able to make choices to secure overall OKRs.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, or combined marketing and customer development experience.
- Strong in data mining and analysis, quickly and proactively turning data into insight and action.
