Avp-Ip Core Solution & Engineering

• Manage the team to ensure Division KPI
• Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers.
• Develop the solution of Transmission Network capacity & coverage which consists of connectivity for IP Core connectivity.
• Ensure the requirements whole IO groups and manage the solution into universal network, synchronize and synergy in order to ensure that quality and cost efficiency/reduction lie at the heart of all defined solutions.
• Analysis, specification and delivery of the transmission design scenarios (guidelines) in a team with the infrastructure specialists taking into account the requirements and limitations of the other Network Infrastructure sub-departments (Design, Control, Architecture, Optimization etc.);
• Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers.
• Strive the standardization and simplification for IP Backbone transport services. Responsible to challenge and refine the given requirements in order to ensure that quality and cost efficiency/reduction lie at the heart of all defined solutions.
• Manage the team to work closely with his stake holder Transport Network counterparts, ensuring that the local requirements of Indosat are taken into account and the right solutions are supported for local use.
• Pro-actively re-evaluate existing solutions and strive for standardization and simplification, ensuring efficient and cost effective dimensioning of the network infrastructure taking quality and reliability into account; Produce a Transport Network/Transmission Access Annual Operation Plan (AOP) fulfilling the Commercial and Wholesale/Business requirements
• Responsible for IP Core solution, system selection and functional designs for IP Network connectivity. Also will manage the capacity management via 3rd party (Peering and Transit).
• Responsible to close the gap between the strategic and conceptual network decisions of the IP Core connectivity and Capacity management.

Requirements

• Experience min. 7 years in Transport IP domain with min. 3 years in IP Core
• Good knowledge of/experience with processes and tooling involved in the planning and operation of transport/fixed networks
• Having activity with all internet chain domain including OTT, peering and IP transit
• Agile and as key player in the team.
• Excellence on traffic optimization IP Core-internet chain
• Excellent knowledge in the IP backbone networks such of P, PE Core, PE, IGW, DNS, CDN, routing protocols (e.g. BGP, ISIS, OSPF, etc.), SR, Firewalls and security concepts
• Excellence knowledge of B2B services specialize in IP transport domain and OTT
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) with major study in Informatics, Computer, Telecommunication and other field of engineering and sciences
• Hold IP certification (CCIE) or equivalent, excellent knowledge on IP Core
