Digital Solution Engineering Manager Jobs

Responsible to close the gap between the strategic and conceptual network decisions of the IP Core connectivity and Capacity management.

Hold IP certification (CCIE) or equivalent, excellent knowledge on IP Core

Good knowledge of/experience with processes and tooling involved in the planning and operation of transport/fixed networks

Manage the team to ensure Division KPI

Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers.

Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers.

This position will be responsible to grow our digital product

- Map Potential Client / Partner Ecosystem for specific solutions.

- Build relationship with potential users

- Propose solution that match to client needs

- Execute business plans with clear goals, objectives, and metrics

- Establish and promote regular communication cadence with the same stakeholder constituents

Have an experience for minimum 5 years experiences in related field, or especially in consultant

Good knowledge in diagnostic or healthcare industry and current government regulation

Propose and execute the marketing plan related to Digital Healthcare Solutions (laboratory, IT and automation)

Acquisition and evaluate the strategic partners / vendor in support the optimum sales for Digital Healthcare Solutions

Min. Bachelor Degree of Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related

Have an excellent ability in identifying problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking

Minimum 3-4 years work experience in Finance / Accounting operation or Project implementation

Strong knowledge in basic Accounting principle and finance operation

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

Good communication skill to deal with multiple stakeholders

Experienced with business process improvement or system/ERP implementation is a plus

Support best practice sharing and knowledge transfer among team to improve competency of Project Management and Engineering.

Leverage local and regional RA resources and external subcontractors to ensure the team satisfies the project requirements defined in customer contracts.

Manage team performance to develop team capability and motivate the team.

Collaborate with AP engineering manager to manage delivery standard and governance to ensureoverall efficiency / excellence

Collaborate with PM team for the improvement of quality, efficiency and compliance in order to fulfill local business requirements.

Any other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.

10 years and above of Project and Solution Engineering management experience.
