• Conducting technology research, analysis, and assessment related to the new technology in Radio Access Network (RAN).
• As part of the managerial level in the internal division, this role includes managing and developing the internal team, as well as delivering accurate reports, as part of the process life cycle.
• Managing stakeholders such as Corporate Strategy and Commercial/Business Planning from which one of the inputs for defining the right corporate business plan to support will come, Regulatory for alignment related to regulation, and the respective Network Planning and Engineering team, Network Deployment, and Network Operations team, OG Technology and CKHH, as well as external entities.
• Conducting proof of concept (POC) to ensure interoperability and performance
• Providing the recommendation and its standardization for implementation in IOH network to ensure the right technology to implement
• Evaluate and provide the recommendation on implementing the new technology in Radio Access Network (RAN) in IOH network, starting from assessing the benefits, gaps that can be fulfilled, the maturity in the market, readiness of the internal environment

Requirements:

• Strong ability to lead teams from various organizational units to achieve end-to-end delivery time target
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1). Master Degree (S2) is preferable, with major study in Telecommunication, Informatics, Computer, and other field of engineering and sciences.
• Minimum 7 years in the Telecommunication industry, multiple business unit background of working experiences would be an advantage.
• Strong communication in both Indonesian and English, presentation and persuasion skill is a must, as this role will work closely with each stakeholder for alignment
• Solid integrity, professionally and personally; strong will in self-development; good leadership and teamwork; highly committed to quality and timely result of the works.
• Extensive experience with at least 3 years in Radio Access Network (RAN) planning or solution architect unit.
• Excellent capabilities in translating corporate strategy into technical requirements for defining technology strategy.
• Structured way of thinking and working. Good in aligning business and solution in terms of feasibility, opportunity, and risk.
• Strong technical competency in Radio Access Network (RAN) and excellent knowledge of the concept of planning and engineering of Radio Access Network (RAN) and its business process
• High curiosity about new technology and good at analyzing, correlating, and distilling large amounts of data and information into specific takeaways with high attention to details
• Good technical writing and reporting to put the idea into a standardized document.
