Automation Engineer - Fmcg

About the Company:

Our client is one of a leading beverages company in Indonesia with their own production line to output the best quality of beverages product to customer

Job Responsibilities:

• Create building automation and integrated system drawings and reports
• Do the validation and commissioning hardware and project installations as required
• Ability to estimate turnkey solutions for the alignment of building automation control strategy
• Prepare technical audit reports
• Stay abreast of new technological developments/releases and apply to projects and processes where beneficial
• Create automation scopes of work and cost estimates
• Implement designs with consideration and conformance to industry design standards and local codes
• Prepare automation designs for the project that meet the need and level of control for given systems
• Responsible in detailed automation design and engineering field audits
• Analyze the performance of mechanical, electrical, and control systems and recommend changes to improve functionality
• In charge in decision-making support for commercial and non commercial team as sales, engineering, and project management functions
• Assist lead engineers with support for design budgets and deadlines

Key Requirements

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• 10+ years experience in a technical leadership role, with 5+ years in an automation-focused role
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
• Expertise in developing and implementing automated systems
• Organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
