Associate Technical Specialist (Store Operations)

Responsibilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
• Work closely with the QA team to conduct frontend testing and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Set up Promo Price on schedule, check, double check, and make sure it aligned with all terms and conditions.
• Willing to learn and adapt different technologies
• Update content product, check, double check and monitoring after product updated on Marketplace.
• Monitoring Sales Order and make sure all the order process can run smoothly.
• Work with Business Partner, Internal team & External Partner to execute client’s task requests.
• Upload new product on schedule, check, double check, and monitoring after product live on Marketplace.
• Daily content monitoring, make sure all contents (banner, product info, etc) are correct.
• Set up Campaign Banner SIS on schedule, check, double check, and take down banner when the campaign is ended.
• Set up Layout Webpage & store page.

Qualifications

• Willing to work at client’s office (if needed)
• 1- 3 years working experience in channel management (fresh graduate welcome to apply)
• Great communication skills – internal / external clients
• Familiar with Ms. Excel
• Experience in HTML & CSS
• Experience in using Javascript programming
• Excellent in English and Bahasa
